I changed the water pump last year, along with the thermostat. I found a video on u tube from a guy in Canada named Paul that shows the ECM and when it goes bad. The elec. fan is doing exactly what his is doing. But on his, the engine don't start, mine starts right up. The new ECM will be here Monday. Ill replace it and let you guys know what happens...
