I had the same code P2098. My car ran OK the exhaust sounded normal, but I found a split seam on the catalytic converter driver's side. It could not be seen from under the car as it was split open on the top and not visible from the bottom. I found it be getting under the car and moving a short piece of garden hose along the exhaust from the manifold rearward towards the tail pipe. I had to remove that section of exhaust pipe with the converter. Get it up on my work bench so I could weld/patch the seam . That was over two years ago with no trouble since then. My car ran even with the code, so I am not sure if the two; Code P2098 and the no run are related.
