I’ve not noticed any problems turning the key on my 06 roadster however I don’t want to be the guy that you say “ I told you so” to. So if I need to do this I want to get it done. I’ve read that the issue is for 04-06 years. Mine is an 06. Is there any documentation of manufacturing dates that became ok and didn’t need this repair? Did any 07’s or 08’s need it. I’m a little paranoid about this and want it done if needed but don’t want to have to take things apart if my cars manufactured date is beyond a safe date.
