It is wired in series with the trunk divider switch. They both must close in order for the motor to run.
Thanks. I’ve heard you say that before and forgot, So, the top goes up, that little spring on the switch backs up, and then the switch has to close to make everything work. I’ll figure out how to change that switch. I’ve tried spraying it with DeoxIT Gold contact cleaner without any results.
