Ok...their website says in order to get the rebate by mail you have to send original receipt along with the official rebate form. Does anyone else see an "official rebate form?
They sure don't make it easy for the consumer.

To receive your rebate check:

• Purchase the Eligible products from a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period.
• Print your name, address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime phone number (area code included) and email address (optional) on the official rebate form. Mail the original receipt(s) dated during the Promotion Period from a Participating Retailer with Eligible product(s) circled along with completed form, postmarked by Nov. 30, 2018, and received by Dec. 14, 2018, to:
