My guess is that it's none of those things because you haven't even purchased the car yet. Not everyone has a leak. If the potential leak is a deal breaker for you, then don't buy a Crossfire. Or get one and then proactively do the fix that has been documented. It sounds almost as though you're trying to talk yourself out of it, with all the complaining.
