Default Re: Winter Setup - Pls Double Check Proposed Setup

Me, I like the most tread I can get touching the ground, mostly if I get caught out of state heading home it is on snow packed and ice.
Do not need narrow to dig down, all I will do is get to the ice.
I have aired down rears but can not do it with the current michelins.
last winter I got caught in a snow storm and they surprised me, many many cars, trucks and semi's in the ditch, but I made it home and was driving straight when I seem many others sideways.
and I just have all season tires.
I use 285/35 on wider aftermarket wheels, I want the most contact and the most biting edges I can get.
