I can’t get my key to turn the tumbler. The instructions showed how to remove tumbler, but my mechanic won't touch because he insists that the computer needs to be reset and he doesn't have the software. I'm confused. If uninstalling the ignition and tumbler and re-installing it, how will that fix the key locking up?
