The angle was a pain, so I used a combination of different swivels and a gimbal ratchet. A 24" 3/8 extension also helped prevent me from having to bend over. #6a was the biggest PITA because of the heat shield being so close. But they pretty much came right out. They were a little tight but not too bad.
