I've change a number of oil pan gaskets on other cars. If there is an RTV sealant it's likely going to need some persuasion. Hitting the side of the pan on all sides with a rubber mallet will help dislodge it. I suppose since the pan is trash you could use more force with a steel hammer. I would never try and pry between the mating surface.
