Maybe the previous owner couldn't afford it and removed the parts before the repo guy showed up. Clean title though or bill of sale if that's how it works in Washington state

This is an odd one with the "damage" this SRT6 incurred. Even though it was stolen/vandalized, it appears this one is very odd, both bumper covers, tail lights, spoiler, passenger side outside mirror, roof drip rails, center wheel caps.
A new twist on an insurance loss....
