Another thing to consider is finding a reputable upholstery shop that will fold the new cover material over the edges all around. Mercedes & Chrysler took the cheap approach and only matched the headliner material to the backboard. Really a cheap way of installing a headliner cover. Probably saved all of $1.00 USD on material.
