r- titled ? some states allows re titles,, some say salvage if u plan on keeping it forever go for it a retitle or salvage could mean flood even though the title is suppose to show if it is a flood car (if it is a flood RUN ) .
a salvage titled car is worth 1/2,,,,of the valve if it was not salvage.
