If you intend to buy any car with a branded title, you should check with your insurance agent to see if it's insurable for road use. I believe they may only insure the car for liability only, but that may be a specific insurance company decision. Considering all of the SRT6's in the market place to buy, why select this one? Purchase one without any title blemishes.
Just my 2 cents.....
