I just checked my fuel pressure it's 60 PSI and it maintains 60 PSI even when I mash the throttle the car has black **** in the tailpipe and on the bumper and it loses power once it warms up I was trying to start with the fuel pressure regulator but cannot locate it any suggestions or pictures
