Re: Any 178 pulley issues?
I run the 178 from needswings. I went that route since my OEM crank pulley was failing (my car has a 194k miles) and I had 2 aftermarket 65mm blower pulley's fail. I just wanted more power and im not chasing 1/4 mile times so I went the 178 route. No issues to report on my end since I put it on in October. I did change out my waterpump when I switched but again that was just a preventive maintenance thing since my car was on the OEM pump and was nearing 200k. My original waterpump was still fine and not leaking. I did replace my supercharger as well since it was leaking oil prior, but again I view that as a worn age item.
When you get near 200k miles on any car alot of stuff is just going to have to be replaced.
