90% says drake light sw next to brake peddle but under the dash
also or there is a plastic piece in the shiftier , the parking lock if that is broken it will not come out of park
the oem is plastic on ebay there are billet alum ones ,,,
Make sure your TCU is not full of transmission fluid.
