After weeks of hating this car we finally found it was the ABS Module!...IN fairness to the garage it is owned by my cousin and works on the car in spare time so I dont get much of a bill.
I literally just ordered anything it could be ( used of course) and started plugging til they lit. Testing module to module can be tricky apparently. If anyone need s a headlight switch I have one, you are welcome to it.
Now the bad news...sadly the car was light tapped by a tow truck so now its off to the body shop. UGH!

Thank you again everyone who helped and tolerated me and my frustrations. Please let me know if anyone needs that switch and Ill ship it out! Apparently they are pricey new!
