Convertible top not working. When I release the latch at the windshield, the windows go down and the switch starts blinking. When I press the switch nothing happens. I carried it to the dealer for some other problems and had them check the top while it was there. Their diagnosis was it needed a PTCM and it was not available. I’ve read a lot on here about issues with the tops. My question is, if I unplug the switch above the passenger head will it bypass or should I jump it to complete the circuit. Same question regarding the switch on the trunk latch? (Unplug or jump)
Also, we have had issues with the trunk latch not working properly and not being able to get in the trunk. After a few days it started working again. Thanks!
