Default Re: 2007 Crossfire problems

I do not know how you determined your " battery shows full charge"
I would try to jump start your car from another as a first thing to do.
Second check the negative battery cable at it's ground connection. It is a short run to the fender bolt. TAKE the nut off the bolt and clean everything and reconnect.
What type of transmission, automatic or manual? Was your car inside or outside over the winter? Did you try to start your car three times and then it would no longer crank?
Can you hear the fuel pump running? Does the fan start to run fast, but the car will not turn over?
Seems like a lot of over aggressive questions, but each one leads to a different solution, so please be very specific as to your failure to start.
DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT FINDING HELP AT A DEALERSHIP!! They will take a large wad of your money and likely you will be towing your car somewhere else.
