I'm currently having the same issue for exactly the same reason. Battery drained out and now the SKREEM-related issues are persisting despite battery swap and troubleshooting. It's extremely frustrating that something as simple as a battery drain could permanently brick the module, it can't be bypassed, and a new one can't be acquired because FCA hasn't been filling orders for them since 2/18/19.

Had battery to short out now car won't stay running. Will crank and run for a few seconds then stops. Will crank back up and does the same thing again. It will not crank the third time with out taking battery cable off to reset. Any suggestions?
