Sounds like a dead SKREEM - two short starts, then nothing.
There are multiple threads on this forum that go into detail on SKREEM failures. Review them for background understanding.

The SKREEM is VIN dependent, so don't waste $$$ on a used one. It will not work.
(Or, you can spend thousands if you find a dealer still selling and installing SKREEMs)
