A couple things I'd like to point out.

1) avoid the blue stuff you get from WalMart and similar products. The dyes in the cheaper stuff can actually solidify and block the strainers in the tank.

2) if the fluid is running out on the ground, you probably need the Chrysler part equivalent to Mercedes 010-997-11-81 (less than $5) which is a grommet that seals the washer pump to the tank. It's a fairly common item on the MB cars and I imagine it's the same thing on ours. I simply haven't needed to look at mine yet.
