Scousehungarian, What you said here is not correct; "but even then the way it comes down defo not right moves down 3cm stop for 1 sec moves again stop again till it gets down.And as I seen on videos it should be comes down constantly as it goes up"
I have owned my car for close to ten years and when I lower the wing with the manual switch it has always come down in steps, much like the way you describe as 3cm then pause, and 3cm and pause. That is completely normal.
I have never had a problem with the wing not retracting automatically at 72kmh, and it always works when I use the switch so I can't help you with that.
