safrick, forgive the delayed reply, sounds like you've done your research. You are correct about the mechanical fan clutch as there is no need for one as our chassis utilizes an electrical cooling fan. The only thing that's required for the engine to run (easily) is to swap the engine wiring harness from the crossfire's 3.2 to the ml/s 3.7, it's plug and play.

Good to hear from you and glad it's not to say something changed on your end and I'm making a big mistake!
I started a new thread named Another 3.7 Swap so I'm not confusing your swap with mine. Mine still isn't a success yet!
I do have the motor and should be progressing soon now..
