I don't really 'search' song by song... if the song that starts is just not what my current 'mood' wants... I skip it... there's only about a 2 second delay.

My primary goal was to get an iPod to function with the Crossfire's OEM Becker stereo unit with the charging circuit for the iPod also functioning. That goal has been reached.

Everything from this point forward for me is gravy.

Gravy = I still want to have access to the audio from the CD-Changer when the iPod is off or disconnected. (That's where that trigger would come in for the MPSS-2, because right now I only have the iPod source working.)

The primary reason for the iPod at this point is longer distance trips and I HATE the idea of paying for radio station service (satellite). So I'll switch between my local stations and MY music selections.

If I didn't have so much fun driving the car, I would probably be more concerned with the stereo... as it is... well... you get the picture.

Lastly... I do appreciate your feedback on this... even if I come across as a real A$$ sometimes.
