Many people here use the Sylvania Silverstar Ultras. I prefer the PIAA Xtreme White Plus avaliable at needswings.com
What you are looking for is an H7 bulb with a 4000k light spectrum (white)
My eyes are old and tired and had the same problem with the original bulbs. The 4000k will fix that.
