WD 40. I also just bought an engine splash shield for mine. $173 plus shipping. I wouldn't want to drive mine without it as I feel it does a good job at keeping the engine compartment clean. It was put there to help limit aerodynamic drag while cruising the autobahn. The screws are metric sheet metal about a number six and 5/8" long. I'll check in the morning for the proper size.
Mark, I know the roads are pretty wide open there in Texas. Try it, you might like it, but do it without a bra and with the top down.
