Had my 2004 Coupe for 11 years
Never any problems with the ignition driving it to 111,000 miles
That's a lot of key turns !!
Sold it last March for another Crossfire
I now have a 2005 Roadster with 59000 miles
No issues with this ignition either
I've been fortunate I guess
I'm not confident in doing the simple fix myself but if someone experienced would offer to do it for me I would let them do it and reward them in someway for their time.
It's always in the back of my mind that it might lock up especially when I travel far from home
If my ignition ever even once gets caught even slightly I'll consider this to be done immediately
