OK, I see where we are at odds here. The part number in post #2 is for the MAF sensor ONLY, not the larger MAF housing with the larger MAF sensor in it.
However, it seems that to get the larger housing, it comes with the larger sensor also, costing mucho $$$$.

Easy thing to do is to install a Needswings CAI like I did and don't worry about the old plumbing.
