Depends on the model year. The later years (07/08) had a different design for the underdash on the driver's side - and I BELIEVE the passenger side was re-designed as well.
This was all due to federal law at the time.
That would be the addition of the knee pads, I do not they would affect the sliding clips on the cabin filter. You just drop the panel above the passengers feet as I recall.
