i've had mine 6 months/8k miles. done some serious cross-country and lotsa city and it's a great car.

maybe i'm different. i bought it because i like it, not because it impresses other people. it is a nice conversation piece. guy parked next to me at flight school monday in a 56 mg. we talked about HIS car.

speed: this is a powerful car. 0-60 @6ish and 150 top is fast but there's always someone faster no matter what. my bike will cream anything on 4 wheels but so what?

the good thing about the cheap-fast kids cars is that you pull up next to 'em on the highway. they get all excited and you've got instant "bear bait" for ten miles. (for my friends across the pond; the first car over the hill gets the ticket. the second one cruises by with a stylish smile 8) )

the overall quality of the car, fit, finish and materials is very high. let's not forget, it's a mercedes.

i fully expect that i'll have this car for a long time. long after the cheap-but-really-fast cars have been hauled to recycle.
