You have replied in a fifteen year old thread, you asked in May and replied in August, did you forget where you asked your question?
You do not have to replace the lights, dry them out and make sure the caps are on the rear of the headlight. Water can run down the back of the headlight and get inside. Show us a picture of the rear of the unit.
