where do you see something that will make plastic melt ? the turbo has the hot sides ceramic coated which reduces the under hood temps to lower than stock temperatures...

perhaps this is not the best subject for you to be making comments on ... i am not sure what your experience custom building turbo systems is but it does not sound very far reaching ...

the only part of that car that was not done right is the tube and fin intercoolers but since speedmax was part of the sponsorship, their product had to be used... they should of been bar and plate greddy cores but he could not convince them. oh well, customer gets what customer wants but overall, the builder of this system is top notch and is making some pretty nice custom choppers as well. i know him very well as he welded my exhaust system up on the last turbo kit i built and have shared my work with him and his shop in that past.
