Re: Starter wont engage.
Open the RCM.
Turn the key to the ON position.
The 3 middle relays will engage with the fuel relay disengaging after 2 seconds (leaving 2 relays engaged).
Is this what's happening?
Resoldering joints will not fix a bad relay. Relay has to be replaced.
