Today I went to replace my valve cover gasket only to find it's just the breather caps that are leaking. Plus I realized that in my worn-out state this week I never ordered oil. So that project will wait until next weekend. I then decided to put an extra power outlet in the console box as there are two places already designed for them. Pulled the console out and added only one outlet and connected it to the cigarette lighter wires. Laid the wires under the console and put everything back together. I had messaged two people trying to figure which wire was hot and which was ground only to remember that I have the service manual as a PDF. (FYI, Black with stripe is positive and brown is ground). I have two more to put in but have yet to decide where since they will power my FRS radio and dashcam while on the road. I will do a write-up but sorry I did not take photos.
