There are one or two bolts on the bottom. Remove the tire, and the wheel well molding/splash guard with the door for access to the fog light. That is easier than wiggling around through that small hole to get at the screws. One of them also positions the light up and down so pay attention to how it is setting in there. Even when all the screws are loose and out you will need to be gentle when removing the light as it is a tight fit. IT WILL COME OUT. I have removed both of my OEM and replaced with new. Take your time, OR find some one with long fingers and small hands to change that bulb.

After reading your post again I want to be sure you are not talking about the side marker lights? Those small lenses on the side of the car just snap out. You can help get them started with your hand by reaching in through the access door for the fog light, but that is not necessary.
