Go to the thread ‘Index of Crossfire .....’ in my signature in red, go to thE SRT6 engine section and look at ‘Installing a Johnson pump’ you will see what has to be removed to access the pump. There is a fastener that is hard to see that attaches the liner to the cars frame. From the pictures it looks like there is access to the area behind the bumper cover, there is a cover there actually.
I took the opportunity to hold the fog light covers down with Gorilla tape as one of mine had swung open and rubbed against the tire which wore away half of the cover. Others have had the covers fall off. Mine are on there really held down.
