for what it's worth, i am running stock sized nitto tires. living in south florida we get a tremendous amount of rain between 6/1 and 12/1 and i have no problems what so ever. i had several bad experiences with michelins in the past, so i have been using hankooks on my vette and the nittos on my srt6 roadster for a while now. both perform well wet or dry in my opinion.
