Sceem module
I am also a 82 year old Vet with a yellow 2005 Crossfire Roadster. My car still runs very well at this point, but I feel that a spare Screem Module is a good thing to have since there are a lot of owners
with this problem. It's not if but when the screem will go bad. I also contacted a MB dealer and a Chrysler dealer and got the same response. MB price $270.00 with 600 units in stock, but not for us. Chrysler not available at $555.00. Looking for a supplier, maybe by October with December or January Delivery. My car has only 41,000 miles and is almost showroom condition. I would not be very happy if my screem went bad
My oldest daughter has been in love with our crossfire ever since we bought it. I'm afraid to give it to her at this time with a none available part problem.
The answer to this problem may be a Class Action Lawsuit against both MB and Chrysler. If enough owners are willing to band together and have a Lawyer write a certified letter to the CEO'S of both companies stating our problem be fore a lawsuit will be started we might at least get there attention. There must be a Lawyer on our forum that would be willing to help all of us get this problem solved
