Default Re: What did you do to your Crossfire today?

Aches and Pains, Nunyadam, are the most uttered three words of those who have celebrated their 50th Birthday, and we really aren’t any different than the needs of these Crossfires that we dolt over, which are Loving Care and Preventive Maintenance.

At 7,000 miles we know that this wonderful 4 stroke 3.2 liter needs an influx of viscosity to prevent that dreaded friction of piston and cylinder wall. When our ignition key begins to falter, we know a procedure has to be preformed. An oxygen sensor gone bad leads to a check engine light.

For ourselves, we pay attention to our own system listening for early warning signs and following up on these clues. A blood pressure check and a panel of markers from a blood test are no different than the diagnostic tool that we insert to our cars computer.

The aching knuckles could be a warning sign that your Synovial joints are corrupted. Maybe just your DNA code doing its job where it may never get worse while it comes and goes. The key is inflammation which is a sign your autoimmune system is corrupted. If you already have been diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis you probably are prone to more attack on different areas of your body.

These are things you can do. Read up as much as you can, jot down your symptoms and review them with your primary care doc. Proper meds, diet, and exercise can be great Preventive Maintenance. Good luck to you !!
