thanks guys, with some persistence I was finally able to lign up the alan wrench and get it lose and the unit out.
BUT you know how that screw wasn't supposed to fall!? Well guess what! It fell, in between the door.
Can anyone point me to the proper replacement.

There are holes in the bottom of the door, try and get a magnet through a hole and run it around inside the door on the bottom.. Or just find one that fits.
Do not use a strong magnet though.
Or take the door panel off.
