Today (last night) I replaced the “cup holder” with a bin.
Then, as I had no history of the cars 94k miles, replaced the idler pulley, belt tensioner pulley, and the drive belt. Glad I did, as the idler pulley was split in half! The rattling I thought was the bearing was the pulley itself.
