Re: 2005 Yellow 2 tone Roadster at Tom Ahl's
I taught my very reluctant daughter to drive a stick when we found a great deal on a Jetta for her. She was a mess during the process, and at one point, we almost traded her car in for an automatic. After a lot of tears and frustrations, she finally got the hang of it.
Driving schools will let her practice without having to take to the road. It's all about confidence, and certainly, if her reward is a great looking roadster, that might give her the motivation.
OTOH, buy her an automatic in the roadster...that's what I drive, and I like to have my hands free and not worry about shifting, though I know how to drive one and did for years.
Good luck.
