Another venue during this GTG is to drive to Chimney Rock, NC and take in the view from atop Chimney Rock. For those of you that have seen the movie 'Last of the Mohicans' starring Daniel Day-Lewis, there were scenes in the movie that were shot in & around Chimney Rock Park.
