IF I was in this situation, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase one and find out (UNLESS a purchase is contingent on a price 'adjustment'). So, it isn't up to any one else but the one who has this 'Dealer', right? Jumping in negatively in post 2 is very premature. Let HIM get his key or not. Then he can share the information based on that. If you think that callous, what would YOU do? I suspect you would get a key depending on the contractual condition, then post if it works or not
