David Stinnet of Eurocharged offered me a refund before I asked for my TCM to shipped back to me. Poof went the entire $300 I paid them. I do not plan to do business with them any longer, after several years of patronage.
I have confirmed with a Eurocharged employee .....

The manual mode option requires clearing adaptations with STAR AND it has to be done while the TCU is plugged into a car.

Since we no longer have a working access in house to an E55, C32, or SRT6 to clear adaptations, we decided to no longer offer the MANUAL mode option for the TCU.

We can still do TCU tuning (rpm, final drive change, faster shifting, etc), just not manual mode
