I paid for a TCM for my SRT6 several years ago, but did not send my TCM to them for tuning in their shop. However, after I had shipped my TCM to them last week, I called them back about something different, when they informed me for the first time that EUROCHARGE COULD NO LONGER TUNE TCMs (transmissions) for the Crossfires because they have been denied access to the Star program required by Merceds Benz. David Stinnet of Eurocharged offered me a refund before I asked for my TCM to shipped back to me. Poof went the entire $300 I paid them. I do not plan to do business with them any longer, after several years of patronage.
