What is the advantage of buying one of these? I have had a Crossfire for 14 years and never needed one.
When I get some new tires I will get the Schrader universal ones which should be initiated at the tire dealer and if he cannot do it I will buy my tires elsewhere or have them mounted by someone who can initiate them. No need to buy a tool that I will have no use for. The OEM sensors are the same as the ones used on my ‘95 Chrysler LHS I had and the dealer had no trouble programming the sensors in my snow tires in the year 2000.
