You will see the procedure you want under "Body" - Adding the missing isolator around windshield wiper stem and also in "Electrical" - Replacing the batteries in the siren. While you have the plastic cowl cover off clean out the water drains (one on each side and one in the center). You can also do the driver side wiper arm grommet installation (Grommet available at NeedsWings for $3.95). Also, if your wiper arm plastic nut caps are missing you can replace them also. NeedsWings has them and I think Ebay also.
