Update #6: I contacted SOS and gave them the information I provided in update #5 and we think we figured out the problem. The “test car” they used to test my SKREEM & ECU was a automatic. We believe they mis-programmed my components to a Automatic. This makes perfect sense.
The clutch interlock switch is sending the signal, but that signal differs from the automatics “park selector” signal. Therefore the ECU is not interpreting the signal being sent, to the which in turn refuses to allow the starter to be signaled. As always, I will keep the post updated for all future people that may have a similar issue so they can go through the things I did to diagnose this issue.
